Six_Shooter Posted January 2, 2012 Posted January 2, 2012 Is anyone interested in trading a pair of USDM (all red) 1973 240Z tail lights for the AUDM (Amber turn lens) tail lights? I have a pair if good condition 1973 240Z tail lights, that I can get pictures of for anyone interested in trading. Just bear in mind I am in Canada, so shipping will likely be a little slow. lol Quote
Retro Z Posted January 9, 2012 Posted January 9, 2012 I wouldn't mind but postage would probably make it not worthwhile for myself. Quote
chartoo Posted January 9, 2012 Posted January 9, 2012 Aso red indicators are illegal in australia and our orange 240z ones are very popular -good luck but Quote

jamo240 Posted January 13, 2012 Posted January 13, 2012 Hey six shooter...yes...you can't run the all red ones here in Australia legally, so I can't imagine anyone wanting to trade away a legal amber set for illegal ones. Cheers Quote
Administrators gav240z Posted January 13, 2012 Administrators Posted January 13, 2012 The 240z tail lights are thin on the ground here. They are also worth big money in the US. The US ones are pretty common and easy to get for a cheap price to boot. So I don't know how much luck you'll have. Good luck all the same though . I think you would be better off trading a part that's hard to find in Australia for a hard to find US part if that makes sense? Something like the Turbo ZX optical distributor or Turbo Borg Warner 5 Speed? L28 turbo bits etc.. Quote

True, but other than the turbo bits on my car, I don't have any. lol This was just a thought since I recently got a nice condition pair of tail lights. Quote
