AussieZed Posted February 5, 2011 Posted February 5, 2011 Hi all, Some of you may have seen that I picked up a 260z 2 seater off eBay for $500. Picked it up yesterday and it is about as good as might be expected (in particular rust in floorpan and chassis rails). To my untrained eye it looks like I should just pick off the bits I need and get rid of the shell, but as it is a 2 seater I would quite like a second opinion (I'm not adverse to some work or $$ to tidy it up, it just looks unsalvage-able to me). Anyone will to come up to Upper Ferntree Gully to take a look?? I'll pay you in beer..... Ross Quote

Peter's offered to come and have a look next week, but if you were available early in the week then may as get it checked sooner before I start having silly thoughts like 'I'll restore it'. I think you will just confirm the need for 'last rites' but I would hate to wreck a 2 seater if it could be saved by someone. R. Quote
