Hi All,

Cleaning up today I decided to un-wrap a re-conditioned rear bar assy which has been sitting in storage for the past 20 years when I had my panel shop.

Whats special about it you ask ? well most rear bars have been smashed, bashed, distorted and re-chromed a zillion times over this one is as follows.

Both rear extensions have no signs of repairs, just re-chromed.

The center only has a mild repair visible on the inside on the top face just above the mounting bracket area, superficial and probably due to coming in contact with the tail lamp valance.

All coach bolt holes line up perfectly and are untouched as are the overlap recesses between the extensions and centre.

The bar laying flat is true straight and un-distorted.

After being wrapped in news paper and plastic for 20+ years, there is some slight pitting to the chrome but not detectable unless you get up close with a magnifying glass.

Im open to offers otherwise it get rewrapped and stored away for another 20 years, happy to email close up pics of all areas upon request, PM me.

Cheers

John

Thanks scoota,

Hopefully it will find a nice home on a deserving resto.

Have really clear pics but cant re-size them for the site limit, believe me its a nice bit of kit.
