Johnboy
Hi all, I have been admiring these cars for many years now and almost had one before the world tour.. (Traveling Holiday) And have finally got some funds at my disposal, so in the market for something in reasonable nick as i am no expert but am willing to spend time and a few years getting it to where i want. I saw this car a week ago and have gone back for a second look and found that it has dropped from 20K to 17.5k.. So my question is does anyone know any info on this car or has anyone seen it? http://www.my105.com/32794 Thanks for any feedback you have. d3c0y
I have looked at this car and it is not as straight as it may look in the pictures - I'd strongly advise that you go out and take a look yourself in person. If you dont know much about zeds or restoring old cars take someone with you. The owner is a nice bloke and i don't want to deter people from looking at his car but it's not something you are going to drive away in. Z
I'd say if you are looking to have a tidy Z in a few years it seems a pretty good place to start. Some of the guys on this forum have started with cars in worse condition (although their knowledge may be greater) but of course for less $. It really comes down to budget, even though it's hard to look at these things objectively! If it ain't all bent and the price is right for you, I'd say go for it as this one seems to have a few good things going for it.
