If this hasn't been settled I'd suggest contacting a solicitor who handles this sort of thing. Her insurance will not be very helpful and you would be surprised at the things you can claim for. Quote

Yeah im recovering almost as good as before physicaly. I had to remove 260z pictures from my PC and fone desktops as it was making me very angry and guttered. it kept reminding me of the current state of the car. updates their insurance assesor came to have a look. Great guy and understanding. Hes into classic cars himself hence the reason he was sent. Though he said it will be hard finding a car resembling the value of mine as there arent many for sale and being more unique with the work put into it. he said he will do research and offer that will make me "happy" though i did say no offer will make me happy i just want my car fixed as good as it was before. He doesnt want to make an offer that I will refuse as that will cost the insurance lot more for re-evaluation. he said he get back to me in 2 days. well now we looking at 5 workin days and no phonecall... im asuming hes working hard at that offer. will give time till mid next week than if no contact may have to chase it up. "not over till the fat lady sings" yeah got the muzzy. that be next project as soon as i get the s15 out of the shed. depending what the engineer says on how much extra Head F is to get a an efi twin turbo through roadworthy i may just drop the engine that it came with and get it regod. than may come back after to look at the engine upgrades once i sort out my 240z i realy want to get my 240z project started asap. I want to drive a Z not a suzuki LOL. Quote
