nizm0zed Posted September 26, 2009 Posted September 26, 2009 http://www.autolivaftermarket.com/ pretty much all auto parts stores go through this company. you'll need to call them and talk to them though, they dont have a listing for the S30 Generally though, most parts stores will charge about $110 per belt. silverz Posted September 26, 2009 Posted September 26, 2009 In Jul 2007 I replaced the seat belts in my 73 240z with brand new original type static lap sash seat belts. I purchased them from Hemco industries in Ballarat Vic, who are professional accredited seatbelt manufacturers. I ordered the seat belts over the phone and payed by credit card. They made the seatbelts to my specification and posted them to Darwin for me. They came with all new bolts etc. Total cost including GST and delivery to Darwin was $133.19. The service was great and delivery was quick. Looking at the website now I don't think prices have increased too much. Regards Peter Quote
peter t Posted October 31, 2009 Author Posted October 31, 2009 Yes I got all new belts from Hemco. Only had use my old droplinks on the front belts. What a job to change them. They are the retract type. Quote
Stivva Posted November 23, 2009 Posted November 23, 2009 Do you have to change the seatbelts for a new roadworthy? Quote
PZG302 Posted November 23, 2009 Posted November 23, 2009 If they are in generally good condition with no cuts or tears or contamination then no, but the belts are approaching 40 years old if they are original and the sun does do a lot of damage. For a couple of hundred bucks, what price do you put on your life, or those who are near and dear to you??? Quote
specialp3 Posted November 25, 2009 Posted November 25, 2009 I agree, Hemco is the place to go. Ph. no. is 03 5334 1213. Lokk at there www.hemco.com.au first as you need to research a few things before you order. Stalk length, mounting point angle etc. Quote
