2+2 seat options

Hi,

 

I am looking to upgrade seats from the kidney beaters I have to something more supportive.

 

I still need the seat to flip though to have it engineered - not to mention the kid getting in and out of the back... 

 

Any ideas or suggestions that others have used.

 

I have picked up a set of 180sx seats, that look like they will squeeze in, but are there any other options out there??

Just work out which cars they have come from and then see if those cars have rear seats.

Even if they don't, a lot of seats flip forward to make getting stuff out of the back easy.

R32 R33 S13 s14 S15 seats fit quite easily.all this are identical seats and almost interchangable between the models.

 

seen quite a few done.

 

personaly s15 be my pick of bunch as they are damn good seats and can be picked up on evil bay cheaply as well as from nissansilvia.com.

 

i drove an s15 for 8hr non stop and my bum didnt go to sleep at all.still providing lot of support around corners as good as recaros without the harshness..lot better than any other older siliva/skyilne seat.

 

early S13 180sx has a very similar shape to original seats. no retractable headrest. very cheap as well..

 

on the more exy side R32 GTR seats or WRX recaros fit quite good too.

 

ive got mitsubishi FTO recaros in my 2+2 they not bad. bit hard and longer trips are not so comfy after 1hr. support well if i was a bit heavier and wider probably be good but i tend to slide a bit till i hit the supports. biggest prob with these seats they are nightmare to install in a 2+2. never doing that again.
