RB30X Posted August 11, 2009 Author Posted August 11, 2009 Bob, there may be someone chasing the whole pedal box including pedals for a manual conversion, if not I'll let you know. Wax, all plastics and vinyl are genuine and not painted. Tim 0400500274 or timnell@iprimus.com.au I will be working 5:30am till 6:30pm for the next four days so I will not be able to post anything but hopefully can still answer emails at night. cheers Quote
RB30X Posted August 11, 2009 Author Posted August 11, 2009 Not sure if these seat belts and buckles appeal to anyone. There are also the door sill strips. I just gave the rear carpet section a hose off and its in pretty good nic. What I'm finding is a lot of the lights and parts have writing on them like they were purchased from a wreckers at some stage like someone did this up once. The carpets also has writting underneath like it was once a kit-buy. I've also robbed a few of the stainless/chrome trims for my car. The ones that run along the roof line of a 260 2+2 can fit a 240Z with some slight persuading. I still have the hatch and all its trim as well as the granny-spec sun visor. No-one interested in the dash??? It can't be original, its in too good condition. Quote
waxhead Posted August 11, 2009 Posted August 11, 2009 Im keen on the inside trim for the hatch as well assuming its all black Quote
garvice Posted August 11, 2009 Posted August 11, 2009 Looks like the dash has a half cap on it. Quote
RB30X Posted August 11, 2009 Author Posted August 11, 2009 Looks like the dash has a half cap on it. Well spotted. I don't really know what I'm looking at anyway. Waxhead, I'll put the black inside hatch trim away for you as well. Quote
Mr240z Posted August 11, 2009 Posted August 11, 2009 Would the dash cap fit a 240 if so could it be sent by mail... Paul Quote
RB30X Posted August 11, 2009 Author Posted August 11, 2009 I wouldn't have a clue mate, maybe someone else could help. I wouldn't think you could seperate the two once the cap was installed?? And I don't know if 260's have different dashes to 240's? Quote
Moderators Zedman240® Posted August 11, 2009 Moderators Posted August 11, 2009 240 - 260 dash's are different. Dash cap will only fit a 260 dash. Depends what glue they have used; if they used a polyurethane, half the original dash will come off when you try and remove it. Quote
ericzx Posted August 12, 2009 Posted August 12, 2009 Hi, Sent pm on the 2 front amber turn signal lights that are below the front bumber. Can you post close up pictures of the front and backside of the front turn signal lights plus the wiriing loom. Thanks, Eric P.s.If you didn't get my pm,let me know and I will e-mail you again. Quote
RB30X Posted August 12, 2009 Author Posted August 12, 2009 Quick EricZX, fill in you location (USA) before the mods latch on to you I sent you an email with pics. Any cash I'm getting for this stuff will most likely be going back into Z parts for my 240Z so I'm quite happy to swap parts with cash either way as payment for this stuff. What ever doesn't sell will end up on ebay. cheers Tim Quote
waxhead Posted August 13, 2009 Posted August 13, 2009 Tim i could be interested in those trims for the sill as well I didnt get any with mine Quote
RB30X Posted August 16, 2009 Author Posted August 16, 2009 Still have a bit of body stuff for sale. Rear bumper, stainless trims for the quarter glasses as well as the quarters themselves. Rear hatch, rear window and stainless trim. I will be removing the suspension and diff soon if anybody is interested. Did any of the early Z's come out with LSD diffs? This 260 is a late model with a manual so I'm thinking its an R180 but not sure of the center? Quote
waxhead Posted August 16, 2009 Posted August 16, 2009 Who is the half naked man in the rear hatch window i can see im talking about the silver covers for that go over the rubber on the sill on the instep Quote
