Jimbo Posted May 7, 2006 Posted May 7, 2006 Just home from a cold wet day at the RAAF Base at Sale. Club sprints for the Maffra & District Car Club ( MADCC), not a bad role call considering the weather. A couple of 240Z,s which performed well & a 260Z 2+2 all wheel drive with a Bloody Big V8 Chev in it that always goes well!! The mates got an R32 all wheel drive with an RB20 & he had a bit of fun today also....Me..I was the drinks boy...Jimbo...  Quote

Natez Posted May 7, 2006 Posted May 7, 2006 evan, doing my double degree and basically running a bar at night, i have no time to do the extra work needed to get a car from rolling shell to on the road car... so i opted out and bought sulios, but as you know i still need to sell the other car to get room in the garage.. but yer, big plans for this new 240z anyway, which you'll see in the next coming weeks, think 16s with semi, then think 2.9tr injected, then think of me having fun in the hills and a few track days Quote
C.A.R. Posted May 8, 2006 Posted May 8, 2006 A 260Z 2+2 all wheel drive with a Bloody Big V8 Chev in it that always goes well!! Ahhh, the be Kevin MacKrells thing... 6ltr Alloy headed Chev, Auto with a Hilux tranfer case & front mounted R180 diff. I does go rather well... Quote
Jimbo Posted May 8, 2006 Author Posted May 8, 2006 Yes Lurch, You got it in One, when he cranks it up it makes a lot of heads spin around. Whether he runs at Sale or the tight hillclimb track at Morwell, he,s allways flat out & does well. He told me a while back he had over $40,000 in the motor alone!!! let alone the 4wheel drive set up ....unreal....Jimbo Quote
