Towing company advice needed

Need a tow truck to transport a non drivable Z (although with wheels on) and was wondering if someone could recommend me a company that would do it cheaply. Only need the car to be towed for about 20 kms.

why not get a tandem trailer and a mate (or hire) a ute?

don't know which is cheaper but I've always used a trailer until i could get a drive permit.

trailer is usually cheaper if you got a car that can tow... but if the car ain't running its pretty damn hard to push the car up the trailer, unless its got a working chain thingy(forgot what they are called)

 

i know a guy in my area western suburbs, that will take the car for anything less than 25k for $40 cash

 

but as my house is 2minutes from his house i think he does it cheaper for me... and he lives in st albans

Just out of interest, where in Donvale are you? I live behind the Mobil on Mitcham road. I had a mate tow my Zed from Bundoora to Donvale cheaply, but that was mates rates. I may be able to get him to help you out, if you are interested. When does it need to be done?
