Hunter Posted September 24, 2008 Posted September 24, 2008 Ya HARSH on the gear Mayhem..... There was flares for sale on www.thezgararge.com Post subject: ZG Flares (Seconds) Hi guys, I have a set of ZG flares that were made on a cold winters day and I didnt adjust the hardener ratio enough. As a result the resin seeped through the gelcoat in places, has no effect on them once painted, and will paint fine, but does look a bit weird (surface is still smooth etc). I wont post them, mainly because I want the person buying them to see them first hand before they fork out money. At the moment they are untrimmed and would be $125, or $150 trimmd (trimming isnt hard, just takes a while and makes you itchy, but any monkey with an angle grinder can do it). PM me if interested.
