i am in the process of fixing mine up, took it into a seals/o-ring place and got replacement o-ring. mine was pretty rusty. cleaned it up and just have to spray it then fit.

I'd advise pressure testing it before you put it back. Mine leaked on the flat top seal first time with a new shaft oring. I replaced the top seal with an Oring and it sealed and operated. I used a bike tube clamped on the inlet outlet to pressure test. Low pressure only required.
