EGR hoses on my zed are completely gone (along with all the other ones) - is there anywhere to get these from? Alternatively, is there a manifold that didn't have EGR gear that I can eliminate it with? Thanks! Quote
gilltech Posted October 15, 2017 Posted October 15, 2017 Either renew the hoses with generic ex Supercheap or whoever, or remove/unscrew the hose fittings and replace with brass blanking plugs. Quote
Groundhog Posted October 15, 2017 Posted October 15, 2017 If you are referring to the EGR diapraghm on top of the inlet manifold that lets exhaust gas back into the inlet manifold,just remove it and make a blanking plate. 240's and early 260 manifolds did not have this diapraghm. Quote

I was hoping to avoid 'blanking' it - the car will have to have a full inspection at some point; and would rather it 'appear' to have not had anything at all, rather than just a blanking plate. Good to know that some 260's had no EGR gear - might have to look for one of those manifolds! Quote
