Maybe look at a set of trims from a 2+2 hatch, easier to find currently as quite a number have been parted out in the past few months. I have a theory that the trims are the same curvature but just slightly longer for the 2+2, meaning as they tuck under the joiner pieces they can be trimmed back to suit a 2-seat. However, until my mate with a 2+2 gets back from overseas (his car is stripped for painting) I can't borrow and overlay his trims on to my 2-seat to verify, something I have been meaning to do. So don't take my word for it that it'll work, it's just a theory at this stage.
