MIDAT Posted October 29, 2016 Posted October 29, 2016 Howdy all. Chasing a throttle bell crank and link rod for my recently purchased 1973 240Z. The previous owner / owners modified it with a poorly engineered cable set up and I'd like to return it to standard if possible. I have the throttle rod from the firewall to the carbs and the long link rod that runs parallel with the firewall. The parts I'm after are: Bellcrank, Link rod from the bell crank to the throttle pedal assembly, and the Bellows / rubber boot. Attached is a photo of the car and the bits I'm after and any assistance would be appreciated. Cheers, Dave Quote
CBR Jeff Posted October 30, 2016 Posted October 30, 2016 Dave. You can still get the rubber boot from Nissan. You may even be able to get the rod and ends from them to? Boot part number is N18218E4102 the are about $30. I purchased one recently. They come in a packs of 5 and there were a few individual ones around the county at the time I purchased one. See photo. The rod assembly is called ASSY-BALL JOINT A see photo attached. Take this with you when you order the boot and see how you go. Jeff Jords 1 Quote
