Thought I'd try here first just incase.

 

I'm after the JDM style metric water temp, oil pressure gauge. It'll make things less confusing when glancing at the factory gauges and then the Kameari items.

That looks like a later S30z version (suitable for 260z/280z dashboard).

 

The earlier ones have a delimiter in the middle I believe. Pretty sure these were JDM only yo! They are quite expensive when they come up for sale also. $400-$500.

 

Cool, and I'll get 1 someday...

 

Or perhaps look at getting a standard AUDM version silk screen'd to look the same and recalibrate the gauge?

Good points, I'm not sure if they are a direct swap into the wiring loom either or if that's unique too. I'll have a look at pricing from the guys that did the tach for me, it might be cheaper and easier.

I think the later gauges incorporate the loom for the globes into 1 plug, where as the earlier cars had a separate loom for the globe and the gauge itself, at least the Calendar clock I have is wired that way. So I'd say you could probably swap bezels over and change the loom slightly and it would work in a '240z' dash.

 

I should clarify also, the delimiters are usually for earlier 240z's (70/71) in 72 they removed the center / mid mark delimiter. For some reason I like the earlier style a bit more. Surprise Surprise :).

 

The metric unit is 1 of those cool subtle details I like.
