74zzz Posted October 22, 2015 Posted October 22, 2015 Hi all am going MCA blues in the future and I have access to 2+2 front/rear struts for almost no cost. I am thinking of buying sectioning etc so that I am able to do a swap rather then strip out current strusts send away wait for them to be built...... if being sectioned, does it matter what they came out of? im guessing no? i know they are of different lengths but dont think this matters if being chopped cheers! KatoKid Posted October 23, 2015 Posted October 23, 2015 Had the same dilemma myself. MCA confirmed it doesn't matter which struts you use 240, 260 or 2+2 as long as you tell them which car its to be used in. Quote
