My Options are - Buy a rust free rolling shell and swap bits - so If anyone has one - please advise price - Find someone within 500k who is willing to clean it up and remove the rust (Professional quote was $7.5k clean / $7.5k paint) The main driver - I have 2 home loans and a limited budget overall ($9-10k) Really don't know where to start here - any advice / offers welcome Fabian Quote

Shots of the sills, floors, rails, doors, door posts, etc. Hard for anyone to provide advice without seeing it. You've got some money to spend, but you'd be looking at repairs not restoration, like the 15K estimate you've had. To make it look nice again & keep it on the road.
