Thin smear on each item, ie back of vinyl, and painted/unpainted surface, wait till tacky, approx 2-3 minutes, carefully place, and smooth over. It's one shot,. Ventilate area. Glue sniffers love it. If you get a bit light headed, take a break. Quote
Retro Z Posted October 3, 2014 Posted October 3, 2014 ^^what he said. You can buy it in aerosol or tin to brush on or use a spray gun like how motor trimmers would. There are several other brands aswell. Contact cement or contact adhesive i think they are called. Its the brownish yellow honey looking stuff. Quote
