Cleaning wheels

Hi guys, was wondering what is the best product to clean wheels and to get the brake dust off.

I generally spray a degreaser on, use a brush to scrub, then use a high pressure hose to blast it off.

If it's really bad, the soft scotchbrite pads work well, without being too abrasive.

Surely there's a good protecting product out there to repel the brake dust

For caked on disk dust there is this cool product that I just bought that you spray on that has the consistency of gel and you leave it for a couple of mins, it then reacts with the disk dust and turns red. After this you can pressure hose or just wash it off. Seems to work fairly well. Would be better if it was used more than once a year .

I use all Final Inspection products on my daily. They are miles above the standard you get at Supercrap/Autobarn
