I have redone the bushing on the rear of my 260z with energy suspension. Unfortunately the ride is rock hard so I have decided to replace the control arm bushes with Nissan OEM rubbers. I have managed to press ,with some difficulty. one spindle bush in about 3/4 of the way with my bench vice. I think it would be easier if I went to someone with a decent press so  can somebody give me a recommendation for a person in Adelaide who could press them in for me. I have made the right press tools to suit the bushes.

your pressing the pins back in?

I'd be more inclined to pull it out and check it all. I had to get them pressed out but putting them back in should only need a tap with a rubber/plastic hammer.

Any local engineering or hydraulic/earthmoving equip shop should be able to help you out though

I have had the spindle pins out so they went back easily it is the oem bushes which are a tight fit , I had them pressed in no problems and everything is back together and the ride is excellent I am looking forward(or not) to doing the front end.

I found the front a lot easier than the rears. I changed the whole lot with poly a while ago now.

I only had trouble with the steering rack bushes not fitting properly on the drivers side. build up of crud around the steering rack. cleaned it up and had to shave a bit off the sides of the poly bush and all sweet.

heating the area the bush is going to go into might help too if you've only got a bench vice to use. I bought a little 6 tonne press off ebay to do mine. only around $100
