Looks to have been sold. I had my eye on this one. Appears to still be available.

I don't suppose anyone has or is planning on going to have a look at the state of this car? This might be a decent option for me to fix up over time.

I only recently found out about this. I definitely plan to take a trip out and visit some time, problem is i might never leave.

Yeah, i asked a couple guys locally and labor costs alone would understandably be exorbitant. Probably best i didn't bid even at a winning price of $6600. My thinking of bringing one in cheap (say 10-15k) to lessen import and customs costs and then spend 25-30k over time doesn't seem ideal. I'll take gav240's advice and save up a bit more..the dream continues!

Out of curiosity, if you had to make a wild estimate..how much do you think it will cost to get this on the road. 20k?

The 2 seater Z is and has always been my dream car and I'm joining the forum as I hope to make some connections that can assist me in acquiring a 'Z' and then some friendly members who can best advise me with the purchase and it's restoration into a daily driver.
