  1. little update for RHD dashes. I just saw Freddy from Top Stage in Melbourne on the 25/5/21 and he said he makes whole dashes either fibre glass for $640 or Carbon for around $1550. he is taking orders through contacting him directly on his number found on his website. picture below of the carbon dash.
  2. left and right side front brakes and hubs. Calipers look to be in good shape with plenty of meat still on the pads. disks and dust shields have a fair bit of surface rust. The hub bearings still look to be in good shape too.
  3. left and right side rear drum brakes complete. Has all the nuts, bolts, springs and brackets that you need to bolt onto the rear struts
  4. another photo of some parts available. still have the rear suspension too
  5. 3.9 diff and half shafts sold today parts remaining for sale: front: brakes, sway bar, toe arms rear: struts, hubs, lower control arms, brakes, moustache bar, tail shaft and other rear mounting brackets.
  6. steering rack, front struts, front LCA's and engine k-frame sold today
  7. the car has had an engine swap in it before, so it has some random bits.
  8. I have taken the rear cover off and I can confirm that the diff is a 3.9 ratio. see photo
  9. first round of packages ready to be sent off to their new homes.
  10. the car was manual, and yes diff and half shafts are still available. when i get to it in a day or so i'm going to take the rear cover off the diff to inspect and double check the ratio and post a photo.
  11. As you can see in the photo i took the tie rod ends and boots off the steering rack and it all looks good, it had plenty of grease and no signs of moisture or shaft play in the rack. There were no splits in the rack boots but i would probably change them as they look old as well as the tie rod ends. after pulling the brakes and springs off the front struts I found that the shock will not decompress so they would need a rebuild. the bearings in the strut tops are still fine. front engine k frame and lca's have surface rust but still quite strong and usable.
  12. Katokid, I've converted this build to s13 front and rear chassis rails
  13. i have the complete front and rear ends off a genuine Japanese 73' 240z up for sale. i have converted to a different set up and no longer need any of the parts that made it rolling. front: struts, hubs, lower control arms, brakes, engine k frame, steering rack, sway bar, toe arms rear: struts, hubs, lower control arms, brakes, differential, half shafts, moustache bar, other mounting brackets. got the jelly been style wheels that came with it too all the parts are showing their age and would need a clean up and new bushes but are structurally straight and sound, with the exception of one front toe arm which is just slightly bent. I'm not sure what all these parts are worth, I'm guessing a couple of hundred dollars but have a look at the photos and either make an offer or comment a rough estimate. im not wanting big bucks just a genuine offer for what they are and the condition they are in. when the weather clears up i can bring all the parts out for some more complete photos. located Geelong, Vic.
  14. Hi, just spoke to the person selling the Fairlady Z rolling shell with the hole in the bonnet. Says its imported from Japan and has never been through compliance in Australia so it needs an engineers certificate to be registered once it has been restored.
