    I'm out of looking for a new Datto as my insurance company has decided to reject the claim on my junked Supra. Buy of the milenium for someone.

    I always regard rust as cancer, you may be able to put it in remission, but it will still be there lurking.

    It's unfortunate the Japanese were not into rust treatment back then. Any car with that much visible rust will probably have twice as much out of sight. In Zeds, Always check the gutter above the door passengers side, when parked on a street all the condensation in the roof runs to there-and gets trapped.(until it makes holes to escape)

    ^^ is it possible that the doors (or window frames) are off a 2+2? hard to see how the back half could sag like that without twisting the roofl ine.

    71 project in rough shape $9500, thats rough! Havent been on here for a couple of years, went Toyota supra for a while, junked it, waiting on insurance, and looking for a Z, Prices not getting any cheaper for good ones.- or bad ones.

    sick of looking through listings of overpriced rust buckets, (and 2+2s, doesn't matter if they had rust- I prefer rust to a datto with an afterthought back seat ) Are people really that insane $$$$ went for some class instead, bought a 2000 Supra TT

    American,their manuals usually don't even get close to what you will get out of a Haynes(and Haynes don't rate next to a factory manual). but If it's free, grab it, you will probably get something out of it.

    Newbee, Owned Z's years ago, 260 and 2x300zx all 2 seaters. following this thread for a while, looking to buy a coupe, 240/260 2 seat, Not many out there without the rust option. question about this one, why would someone retro fit a non vented bonnet? accident? anyone checked it out? rest of it looks OK
