On my stock 260z r200 diff m10 bolts. I transplanted r200clsd centre from hr31 m12bolt. Got aluminium pipe from bunnings 10mm inner ID and 12mm outside OD. Cost about $3. Cut the pipe to tiny little sleeves using a cheapy pipe cutter from bunnings. Placed the sleeve over the m10 bolts ,tap it with a hammer into the LSD centre m12 holes and walahh . m12 hole is m10 and centred. Bolt your stock ring gear to the new LSD centre. Stuff it back into your carrier casing. Believe it or not I picked up the LSD for $250 early this year. Boy o boy. What a steal. Anybody keen on a hr31 4.3 crown n pinion? Gears are in Good knick.

stock boost. 6lbs? i havent got a controller yet or a bleeder to 12lbs. intending just to run 98 octane fuel. the ignition map i pulled off haltech base maps for the turbo skylines. could i get some feed back where i could possible advance more/less? i gave my car a little test drive down the street the other day, felt like guns blazing (reg pump fuel 91). may of made the neighbours a bit angry by driving the car down the street with no exhaust .

Hey guys just wondering to get some feed back on ignition timing for my turbocharged zed. the motor is stock as a rock. L26, E88 head, stock cam, 440cc injectors, stock T3 turbo, intercooled, my car is wired up with aftermarket haltech sprint 500. attached is the ignition map im running at the moment. just looking for feedback where to tinker on the ignition map and where i can do more advance ( if not retard).

Simple alternative. Either use a EA ford falcon Bosch 85amp alternator Re60 voltage regulator. It's a single vbelt To install flip it upside down when installing. You need like some washer / to line it the pulley and belt. Dime a dozen and cheap. B+ to battery S to the battery + L to a 2watt globe or less(or you will blow the regulator) connected to your ignition (If a using a higher wattage globe then you will need to connect a resistor to restrict wattage is. 1watt 68ohm resistor from you local electronics store for 50c) Other alternative use the Holden VN VP etc alternator. Basically the same thing. Flip it and washers to fit. Same connection.
