    Kahgaurd under body coating waiting on me to decide on colour Grey primer accepts Filler repairs directly on top of primer. White primer is Hi fill ready for sanding and top coat
  3. Be aware ! I recently purchased a set of 45mm triples from Top end performance USA Paid an extra $30 for Alternative jetting which I did not get. Also paid for a carter pump and got sent a cheap American pump which will not keep up with the triples. And they wont respond to any emails.

I think it will only see a track about once a year This one for now is being built as a street car probably with a half cage 4wdb and 250+HP triple webers etc. Uncertain on how far to go with the mods as it is a low chassis number. Might be worth some money someday? I have been mates with Simon since I started rallying he lives in the next rd across from me. I am not involved with the footy club Regards AK

FYI Placing a wedge between the strut tube and the stub axel was standard practice on all of the datsun works rally cars. it consisted of re-enforcing the lower tube and then inserting a plate from the axel across to the re enforced area which ran about 2" up the strut tube In Aussie this work was carried out by Peter Davis, not sure if he's still doing that type of work haven't spoken to him for many years. But this should fix the flexing problem.

    P90 Head

    Current plans are 2.8L ,P90 with tripple 45mm webers, 74 Deg cam.10.5:1 etc As for the head casting I have had good experiance with the P90 Big valves large ports and compresion can easily be alltered by changing piston shape.but this is not set in stone as it is early days, Just chasing up some parts Havn't used the N42 before how do they compare?
