Ok electrics are giving the ...............

When the dash came out everything worked fine.  Got the head lights working again but had power to the fan and radio all the time, fixed that Saturday so they just ran off accessories.

Mounted fuse box connected all heater controls, and no headlights. They will work if i put a wire across the fuse box from the big white & red wire to their fuse.  So i think that means the realy is fine.  The problem is no power is getting to the 2 fuses for the head lights.  It has me stumped.

I don't believe I have touched nothing when getting the radio & fan working, I just spliced a wire running from the accessories fuse.

Any ideas, on what I sould be checking next?  Please help

Thanks

Dale

depending on how the system is set up it might be power through the headlamp switch to the fuse then off to the lights solio may have a point im not sure if the dipper or stalk is controlling a hi / low beam relay or just diverting power its self  first place to start is the head lamp switch ... test whats coming out with a test light should have

1: battery constant

2: park lamps

3: head lamps

if you got those then stalk is next on the list ..... let us know if you need anymore help ;)

mine is all custom wiring so not sure on its true set up

Thanks guys, found the problem, the red wire had dislodged from the switch on the steering column, bit of solder and it works again.

Don't know how I missed it when putting the cover back on, but at least its fixed.
