Sources for vinyl seat covers and foam

Hey guys,

 

Still searching for a good place to get the seat vinyl kits and foams from.  If anyone has traveled down this path before, I would love to hear about your experiences.  I'm trying to keep the car as close to original as I can, but I will be making some minor mods (seat belts and exhaust only at the moment).

I had my seats re done a couple of years ago with new foam and the drivers seat base recovered. The guy had the black grained vinyl as close to original as you could get.

 

He is in Rosamond Rd between Ballarat Rd and Highpoint Shopping Centre, I think he is called Tony's Motor Trimmer or something like that.

Thanks for that Warren.  What did you/he do for the metal vents in the back of the seat?  Are they still available or did he use something close to it?

I only had the bases done as my seat backs where OK, so can't help with that problem.

 

I drove past this morning and it is actually called Dennis Motor Trimming

Ah ok, thanks for that anyways.  Mine are in pretty bad shape.  They have been "touched up" by a previous owner and they did a pretty ordinary cut and paste job.  There were about 3 or 4 different vinyls all up on the seats.
