Seat rail differences over the model years

Hi all,

 

I am looking to buy some seat rails in japan to bring back to Australia, however they come in 3 models here apparently due to different bolt spacing:

 

69-73

74-76

76-78

 

Now my 260Z is a '77, however I am thinking that an Australian '77 is more than likely a Japan/US '76. I dont think the 280Z was sold in Japan, but maybe the chassis differences were carried over into the domestic 260Z's.

 

Basically my question would be, has anyone found any seat rail differences between the Z's back in Australia, especially the 260Z's?

For all the hastle why wouldn't you just buy them in Australia. You could get them at plenty of Zed places or I am pretty sure there might be some generic ones you could buy off the shelf new. Just an idea to save you some trouble when travelling.

I havent seen off the shelf recaro seat rails for the S30 in Australia.

 

If you know where and how much, that would be great

If anyone has a '77 2 seater out there, it would be great if I could double check the rear bolt pattern of your seat rails.

 

Even better, if anyone has a phot of their '77 2 seater floor pan, I could work it out.
