Hi all, new to the forum here.

Been on the market for a new car for a while now, and i figured i would bite the bullet and buy myself an old Z.

I've loved them since i stole my uncles keys to his 240 when i was 5, and started it up =P

anyway, 'nuff rambling.

I have about 10k, can get more though.

I'm after any decent Z.

I haven't been able to find many in perth =[

Hi and welcome to the forums. I wish my wife would keep her ramblings as short as yours are  8). Wasn't much of a ramble at all.

Good luck in finding a nice zed for yourself.

This is a similar thread to one that ran a few months ago ( http://www.viczcar.com/forum/index.php/topic,10053.0.html  ) and reflects the short supply of quality cars in Western Australia. The WAZ register site sometimes has cars listed for sale.

Best general advice that is often repeated in this forum is to purchase somebody else's completed project. Your budget looks to be realistic to enable the purchase of a reasonable quality car.

The best looking recent purchases that I have seen in WA are cars that are sold between WAZ members or those purchased from interstate. Interstate trucking costs are pretty reasonable although I do know of one purchaser who drove his car here from Sydney.

Good luck with your search.

Regards

Dave
