RB30X Posted October 29, 2011 Posted October 29, 2011 http://www.abc.net.au/tv/wideopenroad/episodes/ This is an ABC documentry of the hisorty of cars in Australia. The last two episodes were on the previous Sunday nights and the last on is tomorrow night. They are available to be streamed online on the link above. This documentry is amazing and shows so much classic footage. I've learnt more about Australias car history watching this than ever before. You've got to watch them. Quote
Stivva Posted November 2, 2011 Posted November 2, 2011 I downloaded the three of them and was very impressed with the series. I would love to see more Quote

Thanks for the links, I caught the first two episodes but the timing was off the last episode and my recorder missed half of it. Mike Quote
Agno Posted November 2, 2011 Posted November 2, 2011 Great documentary. One quip I have about the series/last episode is how they touched on the Button plan but they didn't fully trace out the massive repercussions that the local auto industry is now facing as a result of low tariffs and no Government co-investment.
