Insurance for projects.

Hi,

  I was getting nervous about the amount of money I have spent on the car and contacted Shannons about insurance. I got $15000.00 cover as a laid up car for only $13.00 a month. Just wanted to share this with anyone who may not know about it. Makes me sleep better at night. Cover was granted after inspecting my build thread on this site. Will be upgraded when reg and on road.

In essence the laid up cover will protect the car for any damage as long as it's not under it's own power.

 

Shannon's laid policy is pretty good and you can quickly and easily adjust the value as your project progresses.

 

I have the Zed and my Charger on the laid up cover. The Zed is covered for everything but when it's on the track and the Charger is covered for while it's being built and in addition to any cover the work shop has on it.
