HI-stall converter

Dose anybody know were 3,000 rpm-3,500rpm hi stall 4 a 280zx is i think auto flite might do it not sure? anybody else got any places let me know

Send an old one to get built to suit your app. You can make it a tight street stall or an easy flare drag spec one.

Sounds like a re-build job,ill see if auto flite  dose this just wanna see if there was any other companys that did this kind of work.Or were 4 sale.3,000 stall would be great but i am after 3,500 Stall  to suit my app.

Make sure you tell them exactly how you want it to stall when describing it. I had a 3200 in a vl turbo and it was very tight and easily streetable but if you sat on the brakes it would stall up to where I wanted it for launching. I also had one that someone had built for their fully hectic dosing vl and it was loose as and you could hardly drive slowly, almost launch through your shed wall trying to drive up car ramps or any incline for that matter. Terrible for the street. Great for drags though, but where is your car driven the most?

thanks mate ill check them out,the car  is not a daily driver,i know driving around with a hi stall drinks fuel and a pain in the ass off traffic lights my bro has one in his 65 mustang.
