Shifter Bush for a FS5C71A 1969 240z

Can anyone assist me with someone to contact re purchasing the shifter bush for a 5spd FS5C71A 240z gearbox, and is there a metal/brass replacement instead of the rubber one?

is that a fange type box or slip yoke, either of the bushes can be purchased at a nissan dealer readily available

I'm sure any shop with a lathe can turn these up in a jiffy with minimal fuss. Just give them some dimensions..

Thanks for all info its a flange type gearbox, and my local Nissan dealer looked at me like I was an alien when I enquired re the part. I have been to a machine shop and will see how I go from there

so the bushes you need go in the the top and bottom of the stick itself, if so these are rubber and can be replaced with eurethane sway bar link bushes, most of the wear will be in the selector boss the hardened steel pin wears the softer metal in the boss and makes the shifter sloppy, brass bushes will create a rattling vibration and produce a humming sound thats transmitted through the gears and up the shifter
