scrumpy Posted August 6, 2008 Posted August 6, 2008 To improve breathing will 44mm inlet and 38 mm exhaust valves fit easily into my E88 head? I know an N42 has 44mm inlets so is it a big deal to fit 38mm exhaust valves with new seats of course? Standard exhaust valves are 35mm Quote
mjfawke Posted August 15, 2008 Posted August 15, 2008 Anything can be made to fit. The problem with the larger valves is cracking of the head between the seats. And if you are using an L24/L26 block, you will need to notch the bore for valve clearance. Quote
