L28 complete Short Engine.
F54 casting.
Has flat top pistons. Standard 86mm bore.
Had been sonic tested by Les Collins and is able to the bored to 88.5mm
Sonic test sheet included with sale.
Pickup preferred however I can strap it to a pallet and ship at buyers expense.
