Wanted: 260/240z 2 Seater

Hey Guys,

 

I'm looking to buy a manual 2 seater 240 or 260 from a Brisbane seller (too busy with uni to travel). I've been browsing carsales and carpoint but nothing on there is in my price range of ~$14k. I'm not looking for an original condition car, a modified one would suit me nicely.

Heh, sort of. I posted this in the Fuel sections because while I was interested in a Z I had some fuel related questions. After getting in touch with Matt it turns out he's got a prospective buyer whos already put a deposit on the car, which is great because he's had so many people waste his time with that car.

 

I figured I might as well start a new thread in the correct section, now that my fuel question has been answered

Any other forum members in QLD or possibly northern NSW that are considering selling their Z? I'm not averse to waiting a few months before buying but I am keen on getting one this year.

haha yeah ive seen it. not really interested in auto. unless your recommending i put a manual gearbox in it? not sure how much work that entails though.

For an Auto conversion it depends on how mechanically minded you are and access to the parts.

Very tempting, but I'm not sure that would be the best idea for me, as inexperienced as I am at tinkering with engines. I'll definetly keep it in mind should nothing else come up for sale in the next few months though.
