Kuba Posted May 26, 2018 Posted May 26, 2018 Hi Guys, I'm flying next week to Japan for a bit and was thinking about heading to one of the racetracks there and have a bit of fun in a rented car. I've looked into Suzuka and Fuji Speedway websites but they're not very good and without Japanese it's challenging to find any info. Anyone got any experience organising something similar? For the moment the only thing I could find is http://fun2drive-japan.com/ Quote
dat240z Posted May 27, 2018 Posted May 27, 2018 Why rent a car in Japan? Its the #1 place for efficient, cheap transport. In addition, I'd seriously consider taking a rental car to flog on a race track - could be a recipe for disaster, but also a whole heap of fun assuming no "incidents" I guess. Have you seen the Karting on Toyko streets? Im sure there would be some sort of hire/track day experience somewhere Japan! Surely Quote
Kuba Posted May 27, 2018 Author Posted May 27, 2018 Yeah, I would rent something on the track itself specifically to be flogged not just any hertz corolla Quote
Simestime Posted May 27, 2018 Posted May 27, 2018 Theres an episode of mighty car mods when they went to Japan to pick up the 240z and they hit a race track. Might give you something to go off..... Quote
