Zero Offset Wide Wheels

Have to be 18" to clear the brakes, 9" fronts and 10" rears. What I've found is that wheels are now designed for big offsets and the very few with small offsets are heavy as because of the big hub offset they have to centre the rim. Done a lot of searching for wheels under 10kg, help!!!!

These are custom three piece rims, he does them for quite a few racers.

Nothing off the shelf anyone? Am checking with a promising source, the only question now is lateral brake caliper clearance.
