You could do it yourself.

I do this sort of stuff as part of my job but we don't normally do external work .

What do you mean by "diff cap" ?

Can I ask why you want it scanned and what file format you need ?

Hi Doug

 

A cap is the actual bolt on cover as pictured in the example of mine attached.

 

I need the inner side facing the diff housing scanned so as to produce a CAD compliant format .

 

From here I can have it laser cut to proved a profile plate made onto which I will then have twin bushed mounts added so as to be able to mount the diff to the new chassis.

 

The second pic is one that is available for the same diff for Fords, however the positioning of the mounts won’t work for me as the spare wheel well in the Zed impedes it, so I need to make a similar one working within the space I have.
