Installing A New Carpet Kit (Pics Needed For Reference)

when I got my car yrs ago, the carpet was already gone..
I bought a new carpet kit a while back , but trying to figure out how its

suppose to look once installed with the vinyl pieces.
Can someone post some pics of their interior , mainly the carpeted areas
around the doors, seats and rear deck area when they have a minute ?

What you'll find is that the carpets in your car will need concessions for the Fairlady Z-L foot rest in the passenger foot well. So you might need to specially order an AU market '260z' passenger carpet which should have these cut outs.

 

The carpets in my 240z were taken from a template out of a friends 260z 2 seater so it has the cut outs for the foot rest. Which I'll be installing in my red 72 240z for the JDM look yo!

I can have that part modded here at an upholstery shop, cut and

trimmed.  Just trying to see what its suppose to look like where it

meets up by around the seats and console and foot rest of course too.

it looks like there are floormats too on the carpet ?  or did the carpet kit

have that border sewn into it ?  hard to tell in the pics, but its helpful, thanks

Carpets have edges hemmed.
