The time has come for me to unfortunately give up on my project car.  I am currently away 4-5 days a week and have been able to make very little progress on this car.I purchased it off of Gumtree at the end of August last year, as was picked up on here: http://www.viczcar.com/forum/index.php/topic,2630.2460.html.  If you go to this link you can see the original add pictures.

The back story that I got on this car was that it was being restored for the previous owners wife, and when she passed away, he just got rid of it.  It had sat in the new owners garage for a couple of years, and he finally decided to move it on.  This is where I came in.

The car appears to be in good nic, as far as the body goes. Having owned a '72 240Z in Canada for a number of years, I fully understand that if you haven't seen the bare metal yourself, you just don't know.

The the engine appears to be refreshed.  It is currently not running.

The car is currently an automatic.  Other running gear is complete.  There are many many spares for the interior as well as an additional manual transmission.

I also have a complete 74 2+2 manual that I was planning on using as a template.http://img_0039

I want to get $10,000 for the lot.  Happy to answer any questions via PM.  I am away till the weekend so if you want to see any other pictures I will post then.

Thanks Jim Robinson
