Hi Everyone,

 

MY apologies if I missed the thread on this:

 

Seeking advice for Wiper Arm Alternatives for my car (260z 2+2).

 

Mine went missing from a previous workshop.

 

There are some Datsun 520/620 UTE arms being sold in Ebay, but I haven't got a clue if they are compatible?

Well you need a measurement of both arms to compare.

I've just measured mine (I have a 260) for you, looks to be about 355mm from centre of arm pivot to centre of blade pivot, if that makes sense.

But I couldn't tell you if the arm was common across the various Datsun models, or if the necked bolt used to hold it on was 'standard'. But you'd think so in the '70s era at least.....hopefully someone else on the forum can help, plenty of rusted out Zeds, should be some spare arms around.
