Hey guys, I'm very new to the Z scene and I'm looking for a cheap car to start me off, something that I can work on as a long term project. I'm not very picky but would prefer a early 240z or 260z (2 + 2 is fine). My only requirement is that it runs well enough to drive home. I don't mind having to do bodywork as long as i'm not rebuilding the whole car. My budget will probably peak at around $6000.

I am a serious buyer and I cant wait to get started!!

Thanks

For $6,000 you should be able to find a drivable, albeit rusty 2+2.

I can't see you finding a 2 seater for that price.

The trick is to act quickly, reasonable cars in the price range move quickly.

Good luck with the search, be patient and something will come along.

Cheers
