What is your budget ?

 

They pop up often on ebay and carsales etc, but often need work and have rust, you should assume every car has rust until proven otherwise

There have been a couple of very nice examples of ZX on the market recently, but prices are creaping up.

Yeah I was following one on carsales at the gold Coast. Had all rust removed and fibreglassed. Was finding someone to buy my current car in order to buy it for the asked $5k. When I was ready, got told it had sold the night before to someone who had flew over from WA 

oh well, just gonna be patient and keep my eyes open. am hoping to find something between $5-10k, 5 would be nice haha.

hey mate, I have an automatic 280ZX in brisbane. Rust free (as far as i can tell, has had a small section repaired under drivers side taillight) has had new struts/springs/bushes and stiffer swaybars fitted by fulcrum suspension. Interior is decent condition. I was thinking around 5g with the suspension (suspension alone cost 2400, have receipt) or i can swap some standard suspension back in ( i have a few spare 280s here) and sell for 2500. Car has some issues, Exhaust leak, little bit of smoke on startup seems to go away once warmed up. If you want to come and have a look give me a call on 0432 643 662. Located in stafford.
