If yours is a R200 as well, yes! I've done exactly that; DR30 LSD in my 240Z. Just swap the left / right flanges when installing... just listen/feel for the "click" when they are installed correctly. You'll have to change the front flange too.

Thank you, yeah I have a r200 already.

So do the dr30 flanges just pull out? Or do I need to pull the centre and remove them from inside the housing?

Drive shafts just pull out. You may need a small pry bar to help but if you are removing the diff yourself, rear axles have to be removed.
