PeterH Posted April 2, 2014 Posted April 2, 2014 I hope someone can help me this. My car is 1973 model....one registered owner in it's life. The door lock mechanisms in the attached photo show different springs in the mechanism. I know the car was damaged and repaired a few times so complete doors etc may have been changed. Can any one tell which type is correct for that car and if any one has good used lock mechanisms they would sell I'be interested. Pete Quote
Moderators Zedman240® Posted April 2, 2014 Moderators Posted April 2, 2014 I just replaced my door locks recently but my zed is a 70 model and my ones are the same as the one on the left in the picture. I found a set of the door locks and found out why my passenger side door never locked properly. Be careful when installing the catches again; each of the 3 screws has a particular place. Quote
