Cheap wheels and roadworthy tyres

Hey guys I'm after a set of wheels and tyres. Must be roadworthy. I haven't decided what wheels and tyres I want to go for and the ones on my car are stuffed so if I can get something cheap for now that would be good.

Alternatively I may consider a good set of wheels at a reasonable price so let me know what ya got

what size tyres do you need for the rims, are the rims themselves ok, I have a heap of 13-14" tyres and may be coming to melb this weekend
