Retro Z Posted April 10, 2013 Posted April 10, 2013 Hi guys wondering if anyone can confirm whether z31 shocks can fit into a 240z strut tube. Was told that front z31 300zx shocks will work with sectioned strut tubes. I have purchased tokicos and they dont seem to fit. I have since searched and searched and only came across a few people claiming it will work and another person saying it will only work for the larger 260z strut tubes. Want to know if its a suppliers issue or not. The part number is HZ3100 front tokico HP. 84-88 300zx Quote
MaygZ Posted April 11, 2013 Posted April 11, 2013 The Koni Z31 front inserts fit in a 240 tube. I needed to take some of the paint off with some sand-paper, but they fitted nicely. I used Koni and as it is tight, I can't confirm that the Tokico ones will fit. Quote
