Hi guys

Need the panel that I'm holding below

Preferably cut about 10cm higher up than where I cut mine though. Only thing I need to do before I can lay some color in the engine bay so if you've got a 2+2 sitting in the back yard let me know!

Want one rust-free. Surface stuff is okay but if it's pitting I'd rather pass. If you can see rust from the outside there's a pretty good chance the inside looks like mine.

If you're interstate, happy to get a courier to pick up from your house.

Id imagine that any you cut off another car are going to be pretty similar to what your holding?

That looks like a pretty simple shape (and hidden from view when assembled), would be a good contender to learn how to sandbag form your own shapes.

From my understanding of it, its not too hard for the average guy to learn.

Im sure Scoota/Lurch/Ledge should be able to shed more light on that.

I'd also agree that if a car is being cut to bits, this area is probably gone too, just hoping though. I was planning to have a crack at making it, but thought I'd check out here if anyone had something first.

Biggest kicker is I had this part months ago, before I decided that keeping a nose cut would be a waste of space and sent it to scrap ::) serves me right!

The end where the drain hole is located is a little more difficult to fabricate but having said that it is hidden from view. Doesn't have to be exact.

You could also beadblast and repair what you have. I agree that any one you find is likely to be in a similar if not worse condition. If it is not pitted through it should be fine, can also tack up any pinholes once you blast it. Cheers :)
